7:00 PM to 8:00 PM - Light Rail issues:

1. Update on presentation draft and outreach strategy;
2. City is preparing a proposal for GTAA on rapid transit to be made public soon (possibly before the end of the month).
3. Action items and deadlines.

8:00 PM to End - Urgent transit issues:

1. Nov. 25 COW with staff proposal for transit in 2008 (with possible call for fare increase).
2. Possible transit operators strike before the end of the year (may be moot based on tentative agreement).
